2008 Craft Vendor Registration
Locust Quilt and Craft invites you to participate in our Annual WinterFest Quilt & Craft Show   We are anticipating a wonderful time and would love to have you  join us.

In order to make this year's show bigger and better, a well planned marketing campaign includes but is not limited to:
- Cable television advertisement
- Radio announcements
- Newspaper advertisements
- Event and directional signs
- Pre show mailing
- Hourly drawings
- Grand Prize Raffle
- WinterFest Brochure distribution

Craft exhibitors receive a complimentary entry on the WinterFest Website and one complimentary entry in the annual WinterFest Souvenior Brochure.  Coffee & donuts will be provided on the morning of the event.

Hilton Columbia - 5485 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia Maryland

Set-up is available on Friday, November 7, 2008 from 7 PM to 10 PM.
All participants must have their displays completely set-up by 8:30 AM on Saturday November 8, 2008. The hall will be open FOR EXHIBITORS ONLY, on Saturday morning from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. for set-up. Tables must be covered on top and on three sides. After unloading please park in the parking lot furtheres from the front door. This will allow more parking for shoppers.

This is a handcrafted only show. All items to be sold shall be made available to the Locust Quilt & Craft staff for approval upon request.  Locust Quilt and Craft reserves the right to prohibit sales of items deemed objectionable. No smoking allowed anywhere in the facility. Eating is permitted.

Breakdown must be completed by 6:30 p.m. but not prior to 4:00 p.m.on Saturday November 8, 2008
